Wednesday, January 6th, 2010Numero: A Water Boutique

So when was the last time you cruised in to a water boutique and did a water tasting? That would be ‘never’ for me, until yesterday. I’ve seen Numero on the news, and I’ve even attended an event there, but I’ve never received the full experience. Yesterday I did. I actually sat down and Julie walked me through the history of Numero, the source that the water comes from (Mt. Fuji, Japan), and she also broke it down for me on how each of the three bottled waters are different. I have to say that for my simple minded self, it was hard for me to “soak it all in”, but I do know one thing: This whole experience made me think a lot about the water I drink. I mean, I spend too much time thinking about the clothes I put on my body. Some of us insist on putting premium fuel in our vehicles. There are also animal lovers that will only buy the best puppy food for their little poodles. So why don’t we care too much about the water we drink? We buy expensive clothes, fuel and puppy food, but when it comes to water we’re all about 36 bottles for $2.99. I’m no doctor, but I think water is pretty important for our survival, right? So go to Numero and see what they have to offer. Maybe we’re better off drinking quality water and letting the car guzzle up some 87. No?
