You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment:
Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.


Shipping Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 3 – 5 business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (PST).

Carriers
We use FEDEX to deliver our orders.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.

Expedited Shipping
We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

PO Box Shipping
We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.

Shipping Estimates Exceptions - Estimated Arrival Dates Do Not Apply to:

  • Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes and rural areas
  • Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO and international addresses
  • Items that are out-of-stock at the time of ordering
  • Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforseen circumstances may impact delivery time.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.


Refund Policy

Upon arrival at our warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
